Due to the special nature of floral tools (such as hygiene, customization, and fragility), all orders, once confirmed, are not eligible for return, exchange or refund, including but not limited to:
Sharp tools such as scissors and flower branch shears (opening will affect secondary sales);
Consumable materials such as flower mud and iron wire;
Customized engraving/color products;
Special offer items in the promotion event. - Handling of exceptional cases
If any of the following problems occur, please contact customer service (pheritor@florattools.com) within 24 hours after receiving the goods and provide evidence:
Transportation damage: The goods are severely damaged during the delivery process (photos/videos need to be provided);
Wrongly sent goods: Actually received products that do not match the order (original packaging must be retained).
We will reissue or provide you with a voucher as compensation depending on the situation. - User Notes
Inspection suggestion: Please check the integrity of the goods on the spot when signing for them. If there are any problem items, please reject them and contact the logistics provider.
Return and rejection: Packages that are returned without consultation will be returned along the original route and will not trigger a refund.
