1. Place of shipment and delivery time
   Shipping country: All orders are dispatched from the warehouse in Poland.
   Processing time: It takes 15 to 30 working days for inventory preparation and quality inspection after placing an order (excluding weekends and holidays).
   Transportation time: The international transportation time varies by destination, usually ranging from 7 to 20 working days (subject to factors such as customs and weather).
2. Freight charges and coverage
   The shipping fee is automatically calculated based on the order weight and destination, and the final amount is displayed at checkout.
   We support global delivery (except for some remote areas), covering major markets such as the European Union, North America and Asia.
3. Logistics tracking and notification
   After shipment, you will receive an email with the logistics tracking number (sent to the registered email address), which can be tracked in real time through the official website of the cooperative carrier (such as DHL, UPS).
   If you do not receive shipping notice within 30 days, please contact pheritor@florattools.com for verification.
4. Customs and Taxes
   International orders may incur customs duties or import taxes, which shall be borne by the recipient. The specific fees are subject to the local customs policies.
   It is recommended to check the customs regulations of the destination in advance to avoid delays.
5. Delay and Loss handling
   If the package is lost or damaged due to the carrier’s reasons, we will assist in claiming compensation or reissuing it (proof from the logistics company is required).
   Extreme weather, strikes and other force majeure events may cause delays. We apologize for any inconvenience.
